We rebuilt the valve manifold, replaced all six aging valves, re-nozzled the problem zones with matched MP rotators, and installed a new Rain Bird ST8 smart controller with Wi-Fi management. We also drilled a 28-foot shallow well and connected it to the mainline, eliminating the home's irrigation water bill going forward. The project ran two days start to finish.
