If we find something during a monthly visit that's beyond a minor adjustment or small parts swap — a failed valve, a broken lateral line, a controller that needs replacing — we'll document it and walk you through what we found before doing anything. You get a quote and you decide whether to proceed. We never do major work without your explicit go-ahead. Your monthly fee is not affected by whether you approve additional repairs.
