Help — my sprinkler system won't shut off!

For shallow well (centrifugal) pumps: turn the dial on your irrigation controller to "OFF." If using city water, check for a backflow device — turn the dial to off first, and if the zone stays on, turn off the backflow in your yard. For guidance, search "how to turn off irrigation system" on YouTube. If you can't get it to stop, call us directly at (407) 299-1077.

How do I protect my system during a winter freeze?

Wrap any exposed pipes to the pumps with old blankets, towels, or foam pipe insulation. Wrap your backflow preventer with foam, pool noodles, or blankets (remove when the freeze is over). Avoid plastic bags or materials that might trap moisture.

We serve residential and commercial properties throughout Orange and Seminole Counties, including Orlando, Bay Hill, Dr. Phillips, Windermere, Winter Park, Altamonte Springs, and surrounding communities. Not sure if we cover your area? Call and ask — we're usually closer than you think.
